Identity and address of the data controller
In strict compliance with the provisions of Article 16, paragraph I, of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter, LFPDPPP), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the management of personal data and on the free movement of such data, you are hereby informed that the party responsible for the processing of your personal data is GRUPO ALDOMER or Group Company, (hereinafter “Grupo Aldomer”, “Grupo Aldomer in Mexico”, “we”, “us”, the “Firm”), with tax domicile at: poner dirección, Ciudad de México.
Collection and use of Personal Data undergoing processing
Grupo Aldomer, S.C. is dedicated to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of the information entrusted to it. As part of this fundamental obligation, GRUPO ALDOMER is committed to protect and properly use personal information or personal data of: a) identification; b) location; c) contact; d) employment; e) academic and f) sensitive personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”) that is collected through its websites and/or is voluntarily provided by visitors to our websites (hereinafter the “Users”, “you”).
Personal data processed
We obtain Personal Data about Users when they choose to provide it – for example, to contact mailboxes or to register for certain services. By registering and/or submitting Personal Data on our websites, you also agree to the use of this information in accordance with this Privacy Notice. Your Personal Data is not used for other purposes, unless we obtain your consent, or unless required or permitted by applicable law and/or regulation. For example, if you send us an e-mail message requesting information about GRUPO ALDOMER, we will use your e-mail address and other information you provide to respond to your request, in accordance with the principles and in terms of the provisions of the LFPDPPP, its Regulations and the applicable legislation on the matter.
Sensitive Personal Data
GRUPO ALDOMER only collects sensitive Personal Data, when the relevant individuals voluntarily provide us with this information, or when such information is required or permitted by applicable law and/or regulations, to be collected. Sensitive information includes PII about racial or ethnic origin, political beliefs, trade union membership, religious, philosophical or similar beliefs, present and future physical or mental health, genetic information, sex life or criminal record.
Please exercise discretion when providing sensitive Personal Data to GRUPO ALDOMER, and under no circumstances provide Personal Data to GRUPO ALDOMER, unless you consent to the use of such information for its legitimate business purposes, and consent to the storage of such information in GRUPO ALDOMER’s databases. Purposes of processing
In terms of the provisions of article 16, section II, of the LFPDPP, we inform you that, generally, our intention is to collect only the Personal Data that are voluntarily provided by Users, so that we can offer information and/or services to those Users:
- (a) enquiries and requests for proposals, (RFP) sent through the contact form provided for this purpose.
- b) participation in blogs, by means of comments
- c) subscription to exclusive content of GRUPO ALDOMER
- d) surveys
- e) user registration requests
- f) electronic communications of an informative nature, in accordance with your interests
- g) providing information on employment opportunities
Please review this Privacy Notice to learn more about how we collect, use, share and protect the Personal Data we have collected. GRUPO ALDOMER generally collects only the Personal Data necessary to fulfill the User’s request. When additionally, Personal Data is requested, you will be notified at the time of collection through the corresponding Privacy Notice.
Automatic collection of Personal Data
En algunos casos, GRUPO ALDOMER recopila automáticamente ciertos tipos de información cuando usted visita nuestros sitios web y a través de correos electrónicos que podemos intercambiar. Las tecnologías automatizadas pueden incluir el uso de registros de servidores web para recolectar direcciones IP, “cookies” y “web beacons”. La recopilación de esta información nos permitirá comprender mejor, y mejorar el rendimiento, la usabilidad y la eficacia de los sitios web de GRUPO ALDOMER y medir la eficacia de nuestras actividades de marketing.
IP Addresses
An IP address is a number assigned to your computer each time you access the Internet. It allows computers and servers to recognise and communicate with each other. IP addresses from which visitors appear to originate may be logged for computer security and system diagnostic purposes. This information may also be used in aggregate form to drive Web site trend and performance analysis.
Cookies
A “cookie” is a small piece of text that a website places in the cookie file of your browser and allows the site to remember who you are. GRUPO ALDOMER only uses cookies based on the LFPDPPP in accordance with article 14 of the LFPDPPP Regulation and other applicable regulations.
Cookies alone do not tell us your email address or provide additional information that would otherwise allow us to identify you personally.
If you visit a GRUPO ALDOMER website, we use cookies to compile aggregate statistics to help us determine the areas of the site that Users prefer.
If you subsequently register on an ALDOMER GROUP Web site, this information may be linked to a cookie in order to enhance and personalize your online experience (e.g., by welcoming you when you return or providing you with access to your registration information).
You have a choice as to whether or not to accept cookies. You can set your computer to notify you when you receive a cookie or to refuse cookies. However, please note that if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to fully experience some of the features of our website.
That is, if you want to prevent cookies from tracking you as you browse our sites, you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
Web beacons
A “web beacon” is a small image file on a web page that can be used to collect certain information from your computer, such as an IP address, the time the content was viewed, a browser type, and the existence of cookies previously set by the same server. GRUPO ALDOMER only uses web beacons in accordance with the LFPDPPP, its Regulations and other applicable laws.
GRUPO ALDOMER or its service providers may use web beacons to track the effectiveness of third party websites that provide us with recruitment or marketing services or to compile aggregate visitor statistics and manage cookies.
You have the option to make some web beacons unusable by rejecting their associated cookies. The web beacon may still record an anonymous visit from your IP address, but cookie information will not be recorded.
In some of our newsletters and other communications, we may confirm a recipient’s e-mail address through links embedded within messages. We collect this information to assess user interest and improve future user experiences.
Children
GRUPO ALDOMER understands the importance of protecting the privacy of minors, especially in an online environment. In particular, our sites are not intentionally designed for or directed to children under the age of 13 (thirteen). Our policy as a Firm is never to collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13 (thirteen) except as part of a contract to provide professional services.
Mechanisms for expressing refusal of treatment
You have several choices regarding the use of our sites. In general, you are not required to submit or submit any personal data when you visit our websites, but GRUPO ALDOMER may require you to provide certain personal data in order for you to receive additional information about our services and events. Some websites may also ask your permission for certain uses of your personal data, and you may decline such uses. In compliance with the provisions of article 16, section V, of the LFPDPPP, we do not share Personal Data with third parties or affiliates, except as necessary for our legitimate professional and business needs, to carry out your requests, and/or as required or permitted by law or professional standards.
In particular, GRUPO ALDOMER may transfer your Personal Data: a) with competent authorities; b) affiliated or subsidiary companies of GRUPO ALDOMER; c) third parties or suppliers of products or services with which GRUPO ALDOMER has entered into a respective contract to ensure and protect the confidentiality and security of your Personal Data.
The above, in order to comply with the various obligations arising from the use of this website, without prejudice to the exceptions indicated by Mexican law, including the LFPDPPP and its Regulations, as well as other current and applicable legislation.
In some cases, ALDOMER GROUP may also share Personal Data about you with outside companies or service providers or vendors working on our behalf to help fulfill your requests. Such transfers will be notified in each of the Privacy Notices applicable to the case and the processing in question.
In addition, ALDOMER GROUP may transfer certain Personal Data across geographic boundaries to other ALDOMER GROUP member firms or to external companies working with us or on our behalf. ALDOMER GROUP may also store Personal Data in a jurisdiction other than where you are based. By providing Personal Data on ALDOMER GROUP’s websites, visitors consent to this transfer and/or storage of their data across borders.
ALDOMER GROUP may also disclose Personal Data in connection with the sale, assignment or other transfer of the business of the site to which the data relates, in order to respond to requests from government agencies or other authority or when required by applicable laws, court orders or government regulations. These data communications may also be necessary for data privacy or security audits and/or to investigate or respond to a complaint or security threat. GRUPO ALDOMER does not market PII to third parties. Furthermore, GRUPO ALDOMER will not transfer the Personal Data you provide to third parties for their own direct marketing use.
GRUPO ALDOMER uses appropriate physical, technological and administrative procedures to protect your Personal Data, which is stored in controlled databases with limited access.
Data Security and Integrity
GRUPO ALDOMER has reasonable security policies and procedures in place to protect Personal Data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorised use, access or processing. However, despite GRUPO ALDOMER’s best efforts, security cannot be absolutely guaranteed against all threats. To the best of our ability, access to your Personal Data is limited to those who have a need to know. Individuals who have access to data or Personal Data are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of such information. We also make reasonable efforts to retain Personal Data only for as long as the information is necessary to fulfill individual requests or until Users request that the information be deleted.

Please note that GRUPO ALDOMER websites may contain links to other sites, including those maintained by other member firms of GRUPO ALDOMER that are not governed by this Privacy Notice, but by other Privacy Notices that may differ slightly. We encourage you to review the privacy policy and/or Privacy Notice of each Web site visited before disclosing any Personal Data.
Means and procedures for exercising ARCO rights
At any time you, as the owner of the Personal Data, may exercise your Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and/or Opposition (ARCO Rights) with respect to the processing of your Personal Data, either by yourself or through your legal representative. For the exercise of ARCO Rights in GRUPO ALDOMER, available in accordance with Article 29 of the LFPDPPP, you may send your request for ARCO Rights to the email address of the Personal Data Protection area of GRUPO ALDOMER: datos.personales@Grupo Aldomer.com.mx, which must contain and be accompanied by the following:
- Your full name and address or other means of communicating the response to your request;
- The documents proving your identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of you as the owner of the Personal Data;
III. A clear and precise description of the Personal Data in respect of which you are seeking to exercise any of your ARCO rights, and
- Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your Personal Data.
Options and means to withdraw consent and/or limit the use or disclosure of personal data
In terms of the provisions of articles 16, section III, and 8, last paragraph, of the LFPDPPP, in addition to the mechanisms previously mentioned regarding the disabling of certain tools while you browse our websites, you may choose at any time, during the processing of your PII, to express your intention to limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Data. Likewise, you may revoke your consent regarding the processing of your Personal Data, unless it is required to continue with the processing in compliance with a legal obligation imposed on GRUPO ALDOMER in its capacity as responsible, or when consent is not required in terms of the provisions of Articles 10 and 37 of the LFPDPPP.

The procedures and means by which the data controller will communicate changes to this Privacy Notice to the data subjects.
In compliance with the provisions of article 16, section VI, of the LFPDPPP, in case there is any change in this Privacy Notice, GRUPO ALDOMER in Mexico will make it public through its official Privacy site located at the following link: https://ponerenlacedeprivacidad, so that you as the owner of the PII or Personal Data can take the appropriate measures to protect your rights. In such case, we will indicate the date on which this Privacy Notice has been updated and/or modified.
