About us

Circular economy

Circularmat project is underpinned by the concept of circular economy, which is related to sustainability and whose goal is that the value of products, materials and sources of supply remain as long as possible in the production chains, minimising waste.

This business line seeks to reintegrate as many refractory products as possible into different processes, achieving benefits for the environment while working as an alternative source of raw materials for the benefit of our customers. This way, supporting the continuity of supply, facing the different difficulties that may arise in supply chains, as experienced in recent years.

Facilities

Our plant is placed in Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

It has a processing capacity of 8,000 MT per year, the main grinding line has:

– 28×42″ “Dragon” jaw crusher with 150 HP motor.
– Hammer mill with 150 HP motor.
– Sweco 60″ vibrating screens.
– Drying equipment.
– Auxiliary equipment (conveyor belts, hoppers, etc.).

We also have an auxiliary grinding line and expansion plans to integrate a pulverising mill (Raymond), which would increase our production capacity by another 9,000 MT per year.

Activities and materials

Our plant is dedicated to the handling of materials containing alumina, among which we can find:

– Ceramic insulator

– Silicoaluminous bricks (40-60% Al2O3)

– Calcined alumina

– 325 mesh

– Electro-fused alumina bricks

These materials can be received either pre-sorted or removed from plants as waste, i.e. mixed with other waste for further crushing, and sorting by grains at our facilities.

*In addition, we are looking to add basic refractory products to our portfolio (Magnesite, Magnesite Coal, etc).
